Senior Engineer in Plant Maintenance Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations related to plant engineering

• Develop maintenance programs for machinery and equipment

• Lead teams to ensure optimal plant performance

• Monitor compliance with health, safety, HACCP, and FSSC

• Manage departmental budgets and resources

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields

• At least 5 years' experience in plant engineering

• Strong leadership and project management abilities

• Experience with electrical systems is a must

• Capable of navigating multiple priorities under pressure
