This role emphasizes strategic planning and collaborative execution, addressing immediate and long-term mining challenges. You will contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts to ensure projects align with OCI’s high standards. Exceptional communication skills will be essential for coordinating with consulting engineers as you develop effective designs and project plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee mining capital and operational budgets
• Recommend engineering processes for optimal performance
• Support MLM in meeting production goals safely
• Advise on project delivery for engineered designs
• Track costs, schedules, and key performance indicators
Requirements:
• Engineering degree; mining specialization is preferred
• 3-5 years' experience in mine engineering
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Desired experience with Microsoft Project
• Effective organizational and planning skills
