This permanent role is designed for a seasoned engineer ready to make an impact. You will collaborate with various departments, develop asset care strategies, and analyze complex issues to enhance maintenance tactics and workflows. Your work will directly contribute to the refinery's strategic planning and performance metrics development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize performance through preventive maintenance practices
• Analyze historical data for improvement opportunities
• Foster teamwork within maintenance and operations
• Implement standard procedures for process accountability
• Lead projects focusing on maintenance excellence
Requirements:
• More than 10 years of industrial experience
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering
• Professional Engineer designation preferred
• Expertise in RCFA, RCM methodologies
• Familiarity with maintenance management programs like PEMAC MMP
