Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical equipment issues

• Develop and execute Construction Work Packages (CWPs)

• Lead maintenance engineering projects and initiatives

• Oversee backlog management and key metrics

• Train and mentor junior engineers for technical growth
Requirements:

• 8+ years in a maintenance engineering role

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus P.Eng designation

• Understanding of refinery safety standards and codes

• Proficiency in CMMS and change management processes
