This role calls for a seasoned expert in electrical automation with a proven track record in optimizing industrial systems. The position involves coordinating projects from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and working closely with teams across operations, maintenance, and external partners to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and optimize PLC, HMI, and servo systems

• Lead capital project implementation and startup phases

• Analyze and resolve electrical and automation challenges

• Establish automation best practices and technical documentation

• Support preventive maintenance initiatives for equipment uptime

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology required

• Industrial Electrician license preferred

• At least 5 years in industrial automation

• Experience with Siemens PLC systems a strong asset

• Ability to read electrical schematics and modify designs
