Location: Moose Jaw
Become an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Structures) with CAE and play a vital role in the Future Aircrew Training program in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Ensure the airworthiness of aircraft through structural maintenance and innovative training solutions.
As an AME, you will inspect and repair critical aircraft components while working alongside skilled technicians and instructors. Participate in Phase Inspections and tackle structural repairs across various materials. Your contributions are crucial to maintaining high standards of safety and performance within the Royal Canadian Air Force.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and repair structural components systematically
• Execute repairs on metal and carbon-composite assemblies
• Collaborate in a team-focused Phase Inspection environment
• Analyze technical publications and engineering diagrams
• Ensure workplace safety and conduct inspections
Requirements:
• Valid AME S License (Structures) required
• Transport Canada–approved AME Diploma needed
• Must be eligible for Reliability Security Clearance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility in working hours is essential
