Based in Bowmanville, Mississauga, or Kitchener, this role focuses on supporting mechanical systems for public-sector clients across Ontario. You will prepare detailed mechanical drawings and develop designs using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial standards. Engage in multi-disciplinary coordination and contribute to diverse building types, enhancing your expertise in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection drawings
• Develop design documentation following client specifications
• Assist engineers with layouts, equipment selections, and calculations
• Coordinate designs with various engineering disciplines
• Participate in site inspections and project administration
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology
• Minimum 5 years in building mechanical design
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Familiarity with public-sector projects preferred
• Valid driver's license and PSPC Reliability Clearance
