Full-Time Lessons Associate

Become a pivotal member of the music education team as a full-time Lessons Associate in Regina, SK. This role focuses on student registration, lesson scheduling, and effective communication.

As a Lessons Associate, you will facilitate music lessons by managing student records and resolving payment inquiries. This full-time permanent role requires availability during weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. You will work closely with the Lessons Coordinator and benefit from your passion for music while providing essential support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and schedule students for music lessons

• Answer inquiries and relay messages to instructors

• Process lesson payments and manage overdue accounts

• Update student records alongside the Lessons Coordinator

• Assist with recital preparations and coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year in instrumental music studies

• Basic knowledge of musical instruments

• Strong customer service and communication capabilities

• Proficient in computer use and basic office skills

• Flexible availability for weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
