Functional (job responsibilities)

• To achieve the individual and team target on CASA portfolio and accounts growth
• To grow new and maintain existing PB customer. Build deeper relationship with existing and new customer to deeper wallet share by cross sell other banking products.
• Maximizing Profit to the bank and grow fee income from FX, master card spend, DCD and OTT etc.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Drive the cross selling business to the PFS loan growth
• Review and develop and update PB product to stay competitive in the market.
• Update competitor analysis to grow PB segment.
• Provide staff coaching training and monitoring staff performance/productivity.
• Propose new initiatives and strategic relationships for support of priority banking products as well as other consumer banking products and support transaction banking for Priority Banking customers.
• Manage priority banking product portfolios, process, if any.
• Review and improve all partnerships include in our Priority Banking lifestyle package.
• Provide the financial solution and maintain the relationship with high net worth clients
• Assign and manage team in the campaign or business activities
• Participate in other business activities organized by the group of business owner, associations and others to build a good networking and exploring the sales opportunities for the bank
• Review team performance to ensure the team performance is achieved and action plan to the non-performers
• Work closely with all related parties in aligning product and business strategies and ensuring compliance within internal and external regulatory framework.
• Lead by example the highest standards in terms of teamwork, customer and staff care, and management competence and ethics.
• Work with other task assigned by Line Manager and Head of PFS Sales
• Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager and management
• Lead the PB team by providing training, coaching and mentoring toward the target
• Develop the skill set and capabilities of the staff in line with the market’s changing

Experience/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance & banking or other related degrees
• At least 9-10 experience in the banking in leading deposit and Loan , transaction baking or operation bank, customer service especially PB
• Good knowledge in banking with customer services and dealing with high net worth customers especially and foreign customers
• Experience in dealing with management, customers & foreign customers
• Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good Leadership and motivation skills
• Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill
• Conscious of details and accuracy
• English are proficiency
