The Financial Services Branch seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join the team as Supervisor of Financial Operations. In this key role, you will oversee and develop a team responsible for daily payment processes and a range of accounting activities. You will provide coaching, guidance, and training to staff while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial controls.

You will manage a high volume of tasks in a fast‑paced environment, effectively prioritizing work and adapting to changing deadlines and interruptions. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills will be essential to your success.

The ideal candidate will bring:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable, journal entries, reconciliations, and internal controls.

Proven leadership or supervisory experience with a focus on staff development and performance management.

A degree in commerce or business administration with a concentration in accounting; an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered an asset.
