Assistant Credit Manager

Lead credit operations for Brandt Corporate Services Ltd in Regina, using collections expertise and team leadership on-site full-time. Support accurate customer account management daily.

As Assistant Credit Manager, you will support department teams while upholding credit policies and resolving customer issues. The position coordinates collections, payment reconciliation, reporting, documentation, and internal process alignment. You will also coach Credit Coordinators and support consistent workflows.

• Manage daily operations for delinquent account collections
• Monitor team performance, targets, and service standards
• Reconcile customer payments with remittances and bank transactions
• Report performance metrics to leadership regularly
• Coach, train, and assess Credit Coordinators

• Three to five years in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Understanding of credit principles and collection strategies
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Microsoft Office and ERP or accounting systems proficiency
