As a Wealth Specialist, you will provide advice-led conversations, understand client goals, circumstances, and risk tolerance, and grow a new book of business. You will work with credit union employees and internal colleagues to identify investment, retirement, estate, and protection planning needs. The position emphasizes professionalism, integrity, networking, and meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop long-term client relationships through planning-based solutions
- Provide advice based on goals, circumstances, and risk tolerance
- Identify investment and wealth solution opportunities
- Generate business through referrals and proactive prospecting
- Grow a sustainable client book and professional brand
- Three or more years of investment and financial service experience
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or related discipline
- Investment advice and advice-led sales experience in regulated environments
- Proven record of delivering sales results
- CFP designation or willingness and eligibility to obtain
