Investment Client Services Specialist

As a Client Services Specialist, you will manage existing investment account servicing and support new sales activities. Your work includes contributions, redemptions, recurring instruction changes, beneficiary updates, Know Your Client updates, statements, and tax-document preparation. You will also coordinate with Quadrus and other fund company back offices while maintaining accurate files.

• Process contributions and redemptions for existing client accounts
• Update recurring contributions, beneficiaries, and Know Your Client information
• Provide statements and support basic client requests
• Prepare tax documents with associates for investment accounts
• Support new account setup, asset transfers, prospects, and files

• Experience in investment processing
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Professional communication and client service skills
