Client Services Specialist - Investments

We are hiring a Client Services Specialist
- Investments to join our Beyond Wealth Management based in Regina, SK.

• Client service for existing accounts:
  • Process contributions and redemptions into existing client accounts
  • Changes to recurring contributions and redemptions (PAC/AWD changes)
  • Changes to beneficiary information
  • Changes to Know Your Client updates
  • Provide statements and support to clients for basic requests
  • Work with associate to prepare tax documents for non-reg, corporate and Income accounts (t-slips, capital gain/loss reports, etc.)
  • Communicate with Quadrus and other fund company back offices to understand and complete processes
  • File management to ensure all documents properly sorted in file system
• Support advisors in new sales:
  • Back up support for Associates to set up new investment accounts and prep/track assets transfers into new and existing investments accounts
  • Reach out to prospects to gather information required for new opportunities
  • File management to ensure all prospect documents properly stored in file system

• Experience in Investment Processing
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Professional communication and client service skills
• The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• To be proactive and reliable
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Positive, client-focused mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within the financial services industry
• Post‑secondary education considered an asset
• Previous office administration experience considered an asset
