Bilingual Credit Card Lending Specialist

As a Bilingual Specialist, Credit Card Lending, you will understand customer needs and recommend personal banking and borrowing strategies. You will process requests, manage transactional outcomes, and refer customers to appropriate business groups. The work includes lending applications, documentation, and compliant credit decisions.

• Probe customer needs and provide borrowing strategy advice
• Manage transactional outcomes from customer contacts
• Research lending applications through established processes
• Document customer requests accurately and completely
• Escalate complex situations to managers when required

• Two to three years of relevant experience typically
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of personal lending and home financing products
• Knowledge of contact centre processes, technology, and metrics
• Good communication, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills
