Position: Strategic Leadership Role in Policing
The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a strategic and collaborative Assistant Deputy Minister to lead Policing and Community Safety Services. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing public safety and managing significant investments.

The Assistant Deputy Minister will spearhead initiatives within the Ministry of Community Safety. With an annual budget of approximately $425 million, this senior executive will provide oversight for provincial policing and public safety services. Key responsibilities include advising senior officials and fostering partnerships with various stakeholders to strengthen community safety and implement effective policing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the Policing and Community Safety Services Division

• Coach and develop senior management while promoting innovation
