Position: Daily Living Recreation Worker Position Available

Become a Daily Living Recreation Worker at Golden Prairie Home in Indian Head. Support residents' well-being by providing personal care and leading engaging activities.

In this relief role, you will focus on enhancing the quality of life for clients at Golden Prairie Home. The position is suited for individuals with a Continuing Care Assistant certificate and at least six months of experience in health care. You will use your strong communication skills to interact with residents and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support for residents

• Organize and facilitate recreational and social activities

• Foster emotional and physical health among clients

• Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers

• Work autonomously to meet individual client needs

Requirements:

• Six months of experience in a health care environment

• Valid Continuing Care Assistant certification

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic computer proficiency for reporting

• Valid driver's license, as necessary

Deliver essential support and engage residents through recreation activities at Golden Prairie Home.
