Working closely with the Manager of Talent Development & Operational Performance, this role contributes to a positive employee experience by assisting in learning and development programs, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations.
Some duties are:- Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development programs for staff.
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Participate in onboarding activities and ensure new employees experience a seamless introduction to the firm.
- Provide administrative support for the performance management process, including tracking documentation and timelines.
- Maintain HR files, databases, and tracking systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports, forms, and materials to support HR initiatives and employee communications.
- Respond to general HR inquiries and provide guidance to employees with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with internal engagement activities, HR committee initiatives, and firm-wide events.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance operational performance across HR functions.
