Responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored HR strategies that drive business objectivesLead and optimize HR operations for multiple clients, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, change initiatives, culture-building, and offboardingConduct research using primary and secondary data sources (interviews, focus groups, surveys, reports, and administrative records) to generate actionable insights.Support proposal development and manage client engagements from planning through completionOversee practice management activities, including business development, timely invoicing, proposal writing, and project management (setup, timelines, deliverable tracking, stakeholder communication, documentation, and closure)Promote positive, inclusive workplace cultures by supporting engagement programs and advising on leading HR practicesAct as a trusted partner and advocate for clients and employees, fostering collaboration, respect, and continuous improvementMaintain flexibility to travel, as necessarySkills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience (or equivalent)Strong knowledge of provincial and federal employment legislation and HR leading practicesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentialityCPHR designation or progress toward designation is an assetStrong relationship builder with a service-focused mindsetProactive, organized, and comfortable working independentlyAble to navigate sensitive or complex HR matters with discretionCollaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
