Make an impact with our Consulting team as a Consultant with a focus in Human Resources. This diverse team of professionals develops innovative and practical HR solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored HR strategies that drive business objectives
  • Lead and optimize HR operations for multiple clients, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, change initiatives, culture-building, and offboarding
  • Conduct research using primary and secondary data sources (interviews, focus groups, surveys, reports, and administrative records) to generate actionable insights.
  • Support proposal development and manage client engagements from planning through completion
  • Oversee practice management activities, including business development, timely invoicing, proposal writing, and project management (setup, timelines, deliverable tracking, stakeholder communication, documentation, and closure)
  • Promote positive, inclusive workplace cultures by supporting engagement programs and advising on leading HR practices
  • Act as a trusted partner and advocate for clients and employees, fostering collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
  • Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of provincial and federal employment legislation and HR leading practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality
  • CPHR designation or progress toward designation is an asset
  • Strong relationship builder with a service-focused mindset
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Able to navigate sensitive or complex HR matters with discretion
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
