This role plays a pivotal part in delivering human resource services for more than 26,000 students across four campuses. You will help business leaders with staffing challenges, onboarding processes, and strategic labor relations. Collaborate with a dedicated HR advisory team, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in service delivery province-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on recruitment and onboarding strategies
• Provide strategic HR insights regarding workforce issues
• Collaborate in cross-campus projects and initiatives
• Address organizational change with responsive HR solutions
• Track and enhance service delivery for client satisfaction
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in human resources or related discipline
• Minimum three years of progressive HR experience
• Professional HR designation is strongly preferred
• Experience with in a unionized context highly desired
• Ongoing commitment to HR education and advancement
