Director of Rewards at FCC

Position: Director of Total Rewards at FCC
Lead FCC’s total rewards initiatives in a permanent, hybrid role. Oversee compensation, performance management, and governance while driving employee support and engagement across Canada.

As the Director of Total Rewards, you will manage FCC’s job architecture and compensation structure, ensuring effective communication and implementation. Your expertise will guide teams in compensation, benefits, and payroll oversight while establishing clear policies that promote consistent decision-making across the organization. This position demands a collaborative leader skilled in navigating complex challenges in total rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee FCC’s job architecture and compensation modernization

• Establish policies and governance for decision-making processes

• Provide leadership in compensation and benefits management

• Engage and support a geographically dispersed team

• Partner with Finance on regulatory and organizational initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, commerce, or HR

• At least 8 years in total rewards management

• Proficient in English and French

• Strong knowledge of compensation and employee equity

• Experience in leading direct reports within HR
