You’lldevelopand improvetools and processes, supportautomationand keepsystems running smoothly.
With your technical curiosity and critical thinking skills,you’lltroubleshoot issues, work with modern cloudtechnologiesincluding SaaS and PaaS,and use your understanding of system integration to deliver solutions that support FCC’s goalsand make a meaningful impact for our customers.
Whatyou’lldo
Provide technical solutions that improve FCC’s business capabilities
Develop new tools and processes
Implement and support technology process automation
Support,monitorand improve technologies and solutions
Lead meetings with your team and stakeholders
Offerdirect support to internal endusers
Participation in after-hours on-call rotationisrequired
Requiredqualifications:
A bachelor’s degreeininformationtechnology or computer science
Minimumone year of related experience (oranequivalent combination of education and experience)
Technicalexpertiseand the ability to see parallels between consumer and enterprise applications of digital products and services
Extensive knowledge of systems analysis, design concepts, and computing and software industry trends
Validdriver’s licence
Preferredqualifications:
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
Maccertification
Microsoftcertification
