SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
The LMS Administrator supports enterprise learning initiatives by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the "MyLearning" LMS platform on Sum Total LMS. This role ensures accurate audience targeting, compliance with training requirements, and efficient execution of LMS operations. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions and maintain high standards of data integrity and user experience.
MUST-HAVE Hard
Skills:
Ability to interpret and apply HR data for audience targeting
LMS platform administration is required, prior experience with Sum Total LMS
Experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) banking experience / financial services experience
2.) Instructional Design, HR, or related field is an asset
3.) Certification in Instructional Design/Instructional Technology/Human Performance Technology is an asset
