Oracle EBS HRMS Developer / Functional Consultant

6 Months Contract (Possible of Extension)

Remote – Canada/USA

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant/Developer with 4–5 years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (On-Premise) environments. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience working with HRMS modules, developing customizations, and supporting HR business processes within Oracle EBS. This role will primarily focus on Forms, Reports, Workflows, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development within the HRMS module.

• Provide development and support for Oracle EBS HRMS (On-Premise) modules.
• Design and develop Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow customizations within HRMS.
• Develop and maintain OAF (Oracle Application Framework) pages within Oracle EBS.
• Support Self Service HR (SSHR) functionality using OAF.
• Work with HR teams to support employee data management and HR processes.
• Provide support and enhancements related to date tracking functionality within Oracle HRMS.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements in HRMS applications.
• Work with technical teams to support integrations and HR reporting requirements.

• 4–5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (On-Premise).
• Strong experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow development.
• Mandatory experience in OAF (Oracle Application Framework) within Oracle EBS.
• Hands-on experience with Self Service HR (SSHR) using OAF.
• Basic understanding of Date Tracking in Oracle HRMS.
• Experience working with Oracle Payroll modules (global).
• Strong troubleshooting and support experience in Oracle EBS environments.
