Seeking an Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud to lead strategic marketing automation and sales engagement initiatives.
Job DescriptionLead the strategic design, development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Pardot, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Datorama, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Interaction Studio, and Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to optimize customer engagement and sales processes using Salesforce platforms. Utilize data‑driven insights from Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence and Personalization to enhance marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle management.
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable and innovative Salesforce marketing and sales solutions. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve solution capabilities. Provide thought leadership in aligning Salesforce marketing cloud technologies with overall business objectives to drive growth and customer retention.
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Sales Cloud projects ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Develop and oversee marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models and customer segmentation strategies.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to cross‑functional teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Personalization and Sales Cloud tools.
- Collaborate closely with IT, marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Salesforce platforms.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to business users to maximize platform utilization.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud B2C features to enhance customer engagement and retention.
