WBM is expanding its Managed Services unit and seeks IT professionals who excel in client support and troubleshooting. As an Operations Specialist, you will handle IT issues via calls, emails, or live chats, enabling clients to maintain productivity. A Saturday to Wednesday shift is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day IT operations for client support
• Resolve user issues via calls, emails, or live chat
• Collaborate with an elite team to improve IT experiences
• Provide excellent customer service and technical expertise
• Celebrate team successes in a performance-based environment
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of IT experience, or 2 years at an MSP
• Strong critical thinking and customer service skills
• Proficient in O365 and networking knowledge
• Experience in server hardware and virtualization
• Desire to work collaboratively within a competitive team
