As a Senior OCM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of various technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute OCM strategy and tactical plans

- Lead communication and engagement plans
- Measure adoption metrics for project success
- Prosci / ADKAR certification or equivalent
- 5+ years in OCM for technology programs
- Robust communication and leadership skills
