Become an IT Support Analyst at KSP, where you will resolve client issues and provide exceptional technology support both remotely and on-site.
At KSP, we are a Managed Service Provider dedicated to responsive service. As an analyst, you will leverage your 2+ years of IT support experience to troubleshoot everyday technology challenges, manage tickets, and set up essential IT equipment. Your familiarity with Microsoft 365 will be key in supporting our clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote and onsite IT support to client environments
• Troubleshoot Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 applications
• Manage support tickets in a fast-paced MSP setting
• Deploy workstations, laptops, and networking equipment
• Document solutions effectively and escalate advanced issues
Requirements:
• 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in MSP
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration
• CompTIA or Microsoft certifications advantageous
• Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
