Support enterprise collaboration initiatives as a Business Analyst focused on Microsoft 365 and hybrid IP telephony. Play a vital role in ensuring secure communication, particularly in safety-critical environments like power plants.
In this position, you will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements while leading the design of governance policies. Your work will directly impact user adoption and the overall efficiency of voice services, including Smart
TAP and Cisco solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the M365 configuration and lifecycle management
• Design effective Microsoft Teams policies enterprise-wide
• Build and validate Conditional Access use cases
• Facilitate user adoption in hybrid telephony settings
• Analyze IP telephony business needs in power plants
Requirements:
• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments
• Proficient in Teams policy design and governance standards
• Background in industrial telephony under safety protocols
• Familiarity with Cisco Contact Centre implementation
• Relevant educational qualifications and certifications
