The Ministry is hiring a Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and communication for infrastructure projects aligned with government priorities. The ideal candidate is motivated, results-oriented, and experienced in supporting infrastructure or construction projects. They possess strong organizational and analytical skills, understand project delivery and stakeholder engagement, and are familiar with government procurement processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in team environments are essential.
Qualifications A two-year post-secondary diploma in project management, business administration, engineering technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint is required.
Familiarity with project management tools and document control practices is an asset.
Responsibilities Coordinating all phases of infrastructure projects, collaborating with stakeholders, preparing technical documents, supporting procurement, developing project documentation, tracking progress, translating technical findings for non-technical audiences, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
