In this role, you will establish a knowledge center to streamline product resolution cycles and assist service teams in troubleshooting machine issues. Your responsibilities will involve managing technical assistance requests with Case Contact Management System (CCMS) software, documenting vital information, and collaborating with John Deere for quality concerns. Additionally, you'll help identify training needs for technicians to improve their capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technical assistance requests via CCMS software
• Document necessary information in CCMS cases
• Coordinate cases between Technicians and John Deere support
• Identify product quality concerns in partnership with John Deere
• Maintain and update technical knowledge database
Requirements:
• Experience with CCMS or related systems
• Strong communication skills with service teams
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery systems
• Ability to identify training needs for technicians
• Proven problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
