Deskside Technical Support Analyst

The Deskside Support Analyst will provide specialized support within a significant financial services enterprise. You will address technical issues related to hardware and software, manage assets, and coordinate with engineering teams to enhance technology effectiveness. Your knowledge of compliance and security standards will contribute to a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10/11 and MS 365 issues
• Handle user access and permissions management
• Support endpoint compliance and application management
• Deliver extensive hardware support including diagnostics
• Oversee ticket lifecycle and maintain documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• A+ Certification is mandatory
• Three years of experience in user support
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like Service Now
• Strong prioritization and communication skills
