This term position in the Planning & Development Services department focuses on system development and process improvement. The Analyst will work closely with Information Systems, helping to implement technologies that enhance departmental operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Research and implement software and systems solutions
• Provide technical expertise for systems maintenance
• Analyze and improve work processes
• Coordinate user testing and evaluate results
• Develop training programs for departmental staff
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in business systems analysis
• Knowledge of City View and Bluebeam software
• Valid driver’s license for city travel
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills
