This role will have you leveraging your foundational cybersecurity knowledge while working within a skilled SOC team. You are expected to monitor alerts, analyze security events, and craft escalation reports that highlight potential threats alongside their remediation strategies. Understanding the MITRE ATT&CK framework and current cyber threats are vital for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor client networks for security alerts and incidents

• Respond to security events as part of the SOC team

• Collaborate on analyzing potential cybersecurity threats

• Prepare client escalations with analysis and recommendations

• Enhance cybersecurity skills continually through practical experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred

• Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals

• Familiarity with malware strategies and common ports

• Understanding of security protocols like SSL/TLS

• Basic understanding of HTTP methods and packet structures
