- Supervise implementation of software and hardware solutions
- Manage data using MS SQL and reporting tools
- Communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in systems analysis and business process development
- Familiarity with MS SQL, MS Office, and Windows Server
- Understanding of ORACLE database systems
- Robust oral and written communication skills
