In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the IT Support Specialist Certificate program by delivering relevant courses on Technical Support and Office applications. You will create an inclusive learning environment committed to student success. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct courses covering IT support and service management
• Evaluate students' learning progress and provide feedback
• Organize classroom activities and maintain discipline
• Promote best practices in an inclusive educational setting
• Suggest changes to course structure and evaluation methods
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a computing-related field is required
• Knowledge of adult learning theories preferred
• Dedication to helping students achieve their goals
• Experience in a technical support environment is an asset
• Understanding of First Nations cultures beneficial
