Position: Senior Tricentis SME / Test Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of a scalable, enterprise-wide
We are seeking a Tricentis SME / Test Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of a scalable, enterprise-wide testing framework. This role will be responsible for defining the overall Tricentis strategy, designing the technical architecture, and ensuring alignment across environments, systems, and security models.
This is a high-impact architectural role, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on expertise within the Tricentis ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Define and own the enterprise Tricentis testing strategy and roadmapDesign the end-to-end test automation architecture using Tricentis tools (Tosca, qTest, Live Compare)Establish the testing tool architecture and environment landscape (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)Design connectivity and integrations between Tricentis tools and enterprise systems (SAP and non-SAP)Define and implement security models, including roles, access control, and governanceEnsure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the testing frameworkIntegrate Tricentis tools with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops)Provide architectural guidance to QA, Dev, and infrastructure teamsLead tool implementation, configuration, and optimization effortsDrive best practices, standards, and governance across testing processesMentor team members and provide knowledge transferMust Haves
10+ years in QA/Test Automation with strong architecture experienceProven experience as a Test Automation Architect or Tricentis SMEDeep expertise in Tricentis Tosca (mandatory) and broader suite (qTest, Live Compare)Experience designing enterprise-scale test automation frameworksStrong knowledge of SAP landscapes (S/4
HANA preferred) and integration testingExperience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, etc.)Solid understanding of environment strategy, test data management, and release cyclesExperience defining security and access modelsfor testing toolsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsKey Deliverables
