As a Digital Marketing Manager at PES, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and maximizing lead generation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital channels, analytics, and the ability to drive innovative campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • SEO and SEM:
    Optimize website content for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and stay updated on search engine algorithms.
  • Social Media Management:
    Oversee social media channels, create engaging content, and develop strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Email Marketing:
    Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
  • Content Marketing:
    Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute valuable, relevant content across digital platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Provide regular reports and insights for optimization.
  • Digital Advertising:
    Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Linked In, and others to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Website Management:
    Collaborate with web development teams to optimize the user experience, ensuring the website aligns with digital marketing objectives.
  • Budget Management:
    Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in digital marketing roles, with a focus on B2B and technology solutions.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
