The Systems Analyst role at Regina Public Library focuses on improving IT infrastructure and services. Under the guidance of the Director of Information Technology, you will administer services and troubleshoot systems while maintaining security. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize IT infrastructure and software

• Monitor performance and administer services and servers

• Ensure system security for library infrastructure

• Document changes and train IT Services staff

• Provide second-line support and assist public service staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar

• 2 years of IT infrastructure experience

• 1 year deploying servers in public or hybrid clouds

• Familiarity with Microsoft services and virtualization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
