Salesforce Application Support Manager

In this senior position, you will oversee Brandt’s Salesforce platform during its Digital Transformation journey.
Your role combines team leadership, technical architecture, and vendor management. You'll manage development, testing, and production environments while ensuring data quality and compliance across all systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IT workstream for Digital Transformation program
• Serve as primary liaison with Salesforce vendor and Northteq
• Define technical standards and governance policies
• Manage Salesforce platform roadmap and enhancement backlog
• Oversee integration health monitoring and performance optimization
Requirements:
• 7+ years in enterprise software delivery or IT leadership
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience
• 3+ years leading technical teams
• Excellent communication skills in technical and business contexts
• Salesforce certifications preferred
