Drive Agile success as a Scrum Lead located in Regina, SK, embracing a hybrid work environment. Collaborate with product teams to enhance delivery through facilitation and accountability.
This role is a contract position from August 1, 2026, to April 30, 2028, with potential for extensions. You’ll partner with Product Owners and analytics developers while maintaining sprint readiness in Azure Dev Ops and fostering Agile best practices. Your leadership in facilitating Scrum ceremonies will enhance team performance and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups and reviews
• Manage prioritized backlogs in Azure Dev Ops effectively
• Monitor risks and progress of multiple product teams
• Ensure commitments are measurable and clear
• Align team dependencies for predictable delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Direct experience with Azure Dev Ops tools
• Successful track record in managing Agile backlogs
• Strong facilitation and prioritization skills
