Step into the role of Agile Scrum Master in Regina, SK, with a hybrid work approach. Your focus will be on facilitating teams and enhancing delivery through Agile principles.
This contract lasts from August 1, 2026, to April 30, 2028, possibly extending. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams, promoting Agile best practices and maintaining effective sprint cycles through Azure Dev Ops. Your facilitating skills will help teams achieve their goals while ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies, ensuring engagement
• Maintain sprint-ready, prioritized backlogs in Azure Dev Ops
• Track and support sprint progress across multiple teams
• Ensure clarity and measurability of sprint commitments
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies for improved alignment
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile Lead role
• Relevant education in IT or Business disciplines
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops essential
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent teams
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and facilitation
