Manager of Enterprise ITSM Capabilities

In this role, you'll take ownership of IT Service Management operations and establish a roadmap for maturing capabilities. Collaborating with stakeholders and leading a team, you will create measurable business outcomes through effective governance of ITSM processes. Your leadership will foster a culture of service excellence and operational maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategy for enterprise ITSM capabilities
• Own governance for ITSM policies and controls
• Manage a team of service management professionals
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance IT service delivery
• Ensure ITSM aligns with industry best practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years in leadership
• ITIL certification necessary
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Service Now platform experience desired
