Data Analyst

Position: 2025 Data Analyst
Responsibilities   Master data management, including creation, updates, and deletion.
User and user role management.
Ensure the quality of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts as needed.
Data set commissioning and decommissioning.
Process confidential data and information in accordance with policies.
Assist with the creation of reports and analyses.
Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
Aid the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
Support data integrity and normalization initiatives.
Test, implement new or upgraded software, and assist with strategic decisions on new systems.
Support the reporting database environment and troubleshoot reports.
Communicate changes and updates to source production systems as part of evaluation.
Provide end-user education on new reports and dashboards.
Demonstrate technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in computer science from an accredited university or college.
Experience as a data analyst or in a related field is required.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate potential risks.
Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and recommend software solutions.
Capacity to communicate business requirements in non-technical, lay terms.
Extensive knowledge of methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.

Experience with large data sets and relational databases is required.
Knowledge of addressing and metadata standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
