Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit business requirements through workshops and analysis
• Liaise between business and tech teams for optimization
• Translate requirements to User Stories and process artifacts
• Participate in high-level solution design and estimating
• Provide technical support during incidents and escalations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in business systems analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• University degree in Business or related field
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools
