Position: ERP Finance Systems Implementation Project Manager (NetSuite & Middleware Supporting Systems Integration) - Contract
Duration: 6-12 months (with potential for extension)
Location: Remote within Canada (strong preference to EST Hours)

About the Opportunity
Our client is undertaking a major business and technology transformation to modernize and standardize operations across a complex, multi-entity organization.
As part of this initiative, Oracle Net Suite is being implemented as the organization's core Finance platform alongside several operational systems, integrations, and business process improvements. This role will lead the Finance workstream, ensuring the successful delivery of Net Suite while coordinating dependencies across Finance, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and implementation partners.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex delivery challenges, driving accountability across multiple stakeholders, and keeping large transformation programs moving forward.
What We're Looking For
5+ years leading Oracle Net Suite ERP implementationsExperience delivering ERP implementations from planning through go-liveStrong understanding of Finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, General Ledger)Experience coordinating integrations, middleware, APIs, and data migrationExperience leading UAT, cutover, and post-go-live supportStrong vendor, stakeholder, and project governance experienceComfortable managing multiple workstreams within complex transformation programsConsulting or professional services experience is considered an assetWhat You'll Be Responsible For:
ERP Delivery
Lead the Finance workstream of the Oracle Net Suite implementation.Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.Ensure delivery remains aligned with the broader transformation program.Integrations & Data
Coordinate integrations between Net Suite and surrounding business systems.Oversee middleware, API, and data migration activities.Ensure technical and business teams remain aligned throughout delivery.Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and implementation partners.Coordinate vendors and hold delivery teams accountable to project milestones.Facilitate decision making and remove delivery roadblocks.Testing & Go-Live
Coordinate UAT, integration testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.Help ensure a successful implementation with minimal business disruption.
