• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple Data & Analytics product teams.
• Maintain prioritized and sprint-ready backlogs in Azure Dev Ops.
• Ensure clear, measurable, and achievable sprint commitments.
• Track and communicate sprint progress, risks, and impediments.
• Drive continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives.
• Coordinate across product teams to manage dependencies and delivery alignment.
• Promote and reinforce Agile best practices and team accountability.
• Provide visibility into team capacity, velocity, and delivery predictability.

• 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in a delivery environment.
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Hands-on experience using Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience managing Agile backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Ability to support multiple concurrent teams and manage competing priorities.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent Agile certification.

• Experience supporting Data & Analytics, BI, or data platform teams.
• Familiarity with Azure-based analytics platforms.
• Exposure to environments with multiple product teams and shared resources.
• Experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams or portfolios.
• Understanding of data delivery challenges.
• Advanced Agile certifications or training in Agile coaching, facilitation, or Lean practices.
• Microsoft Azure fundamentals or data/analytics-related certifications.

Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for overtime. This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to be located in Saskatchewan.
