Join eHealth Saskatchewan as a Deskside Analyst at Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital in Moose Jaw. Provide exceptional support to over 1,500 users with a focus on workstation and device issues.
As part of the Deskside Services team, you'll deliver essential IT support in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Your role involves troubleshooting computer workstations, printers, and mobile devices, ensuring timely issue resolution. This position may require participation in after-hours standby and physical lifting of equipment ranging from 50 to 65 pounds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain workstation, print, and mobile services
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues promptly
• Provide on-site installations and support for various devices
• Ensure adherence to SLA’s through best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation of services offered
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years in integrated IT/Health support
• Experience with Windows PCs and various hardware
• Proficient in M365 Tools and ticketing software
• Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
