Lead Salesforce and quote-to-cash strategy as a remote Director, Business Systems based in Canada. Shape scalable commercial technology across revenue operations.
This director role leads business systems supporting sales, marketing, billing, and financial operations. You will guide architecture, manage an experienced team, and remain hands-on with Salesforce, Zuora, Net Suite, and integrations. The work supports products, pricing models, and international expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Define business systems strategy, architecture, and roadmap
- Oversee Salesforce, Zuora, Net Suite, and revenue platforms
- Automate quote-to-cash workflows and data flows
- Lead systems implementations, integrations, and migrations
- Establish governance, controls, and release management
- At least 12 years of relevant business systems experience
- At least 4 years leading teams
- Hands-on Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience
- Subscription billing experience with Zuora or similar
- Canada-based and able to work remotely
