Key Responsibilities:
Sell Habitational, Auto, and Travel insurance policies.
Respond to insurance inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Enter and manage client data accurately.
Support brokers and staff with customer service for CAA Members and customers.
Assist with the retention of an existing book of business.
Required:
A valid General Insurance License
Previous experience in habitational insurance
A positive, friendly attitude with a conscientious approach to work
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in MS Office and Applied EPIC
